Refunds & Cancellations

We want every gift you send to feel worth it. Here's how refunds work.

Need a refund?

Email marisa@causealytics.com with the sender name and the gift amount, and we'll help. If your recipient hasn't claimed the gift yet, we'll refund your PurseLink charge to your original payment method — usually within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Before the gift is claimed

If your recipient hasn't claimed the gift yet, we can refund your charge and cancel the gift link so it can no longer be claimed.

After the gift is claimed

Once your recipient has claimed the gift, PurseLink's work is done — the link was delivered and claimed — so the PurseLink fee for that send isn't refundable. PurseLink never holds the gift money itself; you send that to your recipient directly, so that part is always between you and them.


How PurseLink works

PurseLink is the message-and-delivery layer for a money gift: we help you fund, package, and deliver a gift link. The actual transfer of funds to your recipient is always made by you, the sender. That's why refunds cover what you paid through PurseLink.
